The week ends at Veigel with a “sappy” moment full of laughter and a sadness. The reason for this, is that today our long-standing colleague Edeltrud Specht had her last working day before her earned retirement.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Specht was an amazing 48 years with Veigel. We are proud that we have employees who stay with us for such a long time.<\/p>\n
She began her time with Veigel in 1970! Since then, our company has stood by and with her through all the changes. During this period of time we have grown from 20 to 80 employees.<\/p>\n
In the last 48 years, Ms. Specht has experienced every kind of change in her daily work in the sales department. From index cards, to typewriters, to typewriters with memory, to the first PC and finally to IT solutions in the cloud.<\/p>\n
We simply find it remarkable in her to have been able to go through and manage so many changes in her time in Veigel.<\/p>\n
The whole Veigel team wishes Mrs. Specht the best of luck in her “after Veigel” time along with lots of health and great travels.<\/p>\n
